Heart Internet review
Verified greenchecked 1 November 2026What this means
Long-established UK host with cPanel, NVMe storage and UK data centres, which says it runs on 100% renewable electricity.
Heart Internet gives you cPanel, NVMe storage and a free UK domain for the first year, from £3.60 a month inc VAT. That first year is paid upfront, £43.13 on Plus, and the price then doubles. Every plan caps monthly bandwidth, from 50 GB on Plus, so it suits small sites best.

How green is Heart Internet?
Heart Internet is in the Green Web Foundation's directory of verified green hosting providers (we checked on 1 November 2026).
What the Foundation's verification means
Heart Internet says, in a 2025 blog post rather than a policy page, that all its hosting, data centres included, runs entirely on renewable electricity through a supply partnership with EDF covering wind, solar and hydro. It doesn’t say whether certificates back this, and it doesn’t name its data centres.
Heart Internet describes its infrastructure as UK-based; no facility is named on the pages we read.
The data centres we list are in the United Kingdom, where the grid averages 218 g CO2e per kWh. Lower is cleaner.
The grid in each country
| Country | Grid average | Year |
